Free Crisis Counseling for Arkansans Struggling with COVID-19
The mission of Promoting Positive Emotions (PPE), a Crisis Counseling Program, is to help individuals and communities mentally and emotionally recover from disasters such as the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Crisis Counseling services are free to Arkansas residents and can easily be provided via video or phone for those who don't feel comfortable with in-facility visits.

The PPE program is administered by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health in coordination with local providers throughout the state and is funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
