		Announcements: Sandra Turner Memorial Scholarship The Arkansas Spinal Cord Foundation is pleased to announce the first Sandra Turner Memorial Scholarship. The $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to an Arkansan who lives with a spinal cord disability and is pursuing a college degree or other vocational training pursuit.
